What this is
LiquorStoreAtlas is a free directory of liquor stores in the United States, organised by state and city. Every listing has an address; most have a phone number, and where a business publishes its hours or services we show those too. Listings come from open data and from the businesses themselves, who can correct their card at any time — about the directory. Nothing on the lists is paid placement.
Pick a state above, or use the “near me” button to jump to the liquor stores closest to you. City pages show the full list with a map; state pages collect smaller towns that have a single liquor store.

Common questions
Do I need ID to buy alcohol?
Yes. Stores check photo ID, and anyone who looks young may be asked even if they are of age. You must be 21 or older to buy alcohol in the United States, and a store can refuse a sale if it is not satisfied with the ID.
Why are some liquor stores closed on Sundays or holidays?
Hours and rules vary by state and county. Some places limit Sunday or holiday sales or the hours when alcohol can be sold, so check the store's posted hours or call before you go.
What is the difference between a liquor store and a wine shop?
A liquor store usually carries spirits, wine and beer together, while a wine shop focuses on wine and often has staff who can recommend bottles by taste or meal. Many stores in between have a strong wine section and a smaller spirits shelf.
Can I order a keg or a large party order?
Many stores take keg orders and party orders, but not all do, and a keg often comes with a deposit and a signed form. Call ahead, since kegs are frequently ordered days before an event rather than picked off the shelf.
Do liquor stores deliver?
Some do, either with their own drivers or through a delivery service, and the area covered is usually small. Delivery rules vary by state and county, and an adult with ID must receive the order.
How can I get home safely after drinking?
Plan before you buy: name a sober driver, or arrange a taxi or ride-share. Never drive after drinking, and never let someone else do so.
